About this speaker
Rob Assise has been teaching math and coaching track and field at Homewood-Flossmoor High School since 2003. He also has experience coaching football and cross country. He has experience coaching all events in track and field, but his focus has been the sprints, jumps, and hurdles. Coach Assise is on a mission to help people create a culture of speed within their programs. He has done so through his writing (Simplifaster, Just Fly Sports, Track Football Consortium, and ITCCCA), podcast appearances, and speaking engagements.
In 2020, Rob ventured into the private sector with the creation of Re-Evolution Athletics LLC, which he operates out of his home. REA offers private and small group training, consulting, and resources.
Rob resides in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, but wishes it had the climate of San Diego.
